Quite often there is more than one thing that has happened over the years which has led to a damp problem.

Have you been told that you “need a damp proof course injected” but for some reason you’re not really convinced that it is quite the right answer?

It may be the right answer, or there may be something else or you may need a combination of 2 to 3 approaches to deal with the problem.

Even very old houses were generally built correctly and weren’t damp when built so if you have damp in your house now then something is wrong.

The original damp proof course will still be there, and in its own right will still be working. Something has happened which is causing the water to get across it.

We use experience, construction expertise, and the latest technology including thermal imaging and damp readings etc. to find out what’s wrong.

Once we understand what’s wrong we will provide a quote for us rectify the problems that we’ve found.

This may comprise of any combination of ventilation works, ground works, French drain installation, new DPC injection, waterproof tanking and/or dry lining.
