Why insulate your loft?
An uninsulated loft is usually the highest area of heat loss in the house. It’s also important that the insulation is properly fitted.
Typically, a loft without insulation has huge losses because there is only the first floor ceiling between the inside of the house and the loft space which is at the outside temperature.
How about ventilation?
We will assess the ventilation during the site visit.
Why is your quote likely to be higher than that of your competitors?
Our quote is likely to be higher than that of our competitors because they’re not really competitors. Just because someone throws a load of wool in your loft doesn’t mean it’s properly insulated, the ventilation of the space has been properly considered and the way the job has been done means that the insulation will be effective.

Do you remove rubbish afterwards?
Yes.
Do you remove spray foam insulation?
No we don’t. It falls squarely in the category of sorting out someone else’s mess and it carries a huge liability because you don’t know what damage exists behind it. We don’t want to work in that market.
Do you do commercial or rental properties?
No we don’t. We operate solely in the owner occupier market. We don’t work in commercial property or in property that is a private rental (even if it’s empty) under any circumstances.
